Began in a balanced athletic stance with a compact load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed was efficient, displayed a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws up to 77 mph; showed consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had a high ¾ slot and a consistent arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.12.

Starts in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 78 mph; has sure hands, consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle with a clean arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2096; Avg 1987). Shows some action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 1977; Avg 1950).
