Begins in a balanced quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Bat speed was efficient, used a short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 80 mph; had consistent footwork, sure hands, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.0.
Anthony Hutter: OF/2B, (2024) Elyria Catholic, OH. 6-foot, 150-pound projectable athletic build. (64.0 mph bat speed average). (17.9 mph hand speed average). Begins in a narrow balanced stance with a smooth controlled load, then uses a controlled leg kick. Bat speed was quick, had a short simple swing plane and balanced finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found lots of barrels. Aggressive tough out approach. Athletic smooth in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 80 mph; had sure firm hands, a quick exchange, and consistent in control footwork. Projectable advanced recorded an outfield position velocity of 82 mph; had a clean exchange, soft consistent hands, and smooth consistent footwork. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Some accuracy to the bag, used a very quick arm action with athletic slot.
