Dover is a good athlete that can play multiple spots in the outfield. Skill set leans towards CF/LF with his quick feet and ability to read the ball of the bat. Arm is above average strength wise and shows present accuracy. At the plate he has an intent driven swing on a downhill path. Natural tools are above average, showing present strength and speed through the zone. Ball jumps, generating louder pop than frame would suggest.

Bat works on a slightly downhill plane with obvious twitch through the zone. Barrel gets in and out of the zone quickly. Generates gap to gap pop with much more to come. Topped out at 78 mph of the tee. In the outfield he has athletic actions and above average glove skills. Plays through the baseball well and maintains momentum into his throws. . Threw to home plate with 78 mph arm strength.

Launches from a balance position and takes a level path to the baseball. Bat speed is an above average tools and strength through contact stands out. Swing is efficient and repeatable. A gap to gap guy who showed middle of the lineup potential. In the outfield he uses, athletic confident footwork approaching the baseball. Fields through one handed and cleanly. Transitions well into his throws, maintaining most of his momentum. Arm strength would be area for improvement. Throws showed accuracy.
