6-foot-3, 220-pound strong, athletic frame. Austin can flat out hit. Each time we've seen him he's produced and has shown power in game action. He creates solid energy with his lower half and his flat path allows a margin for error in timing. A very strong kid with above average batspeed. Reached a top exit velocity of 94 mph. A solid defender behind the plate that shows leadership qualities and above average transfer skills. Pop times were 1.97-2.06, and he threw with 79 mph arm strength to second base. Area for improvement would be footwork. His bat plays at the next level and would be an adequate defender being the plate with the frame to play first base if needed.

6-foot-3, 220-pound strong, athletic frame. A late addition to the event as he earned an invitation with his performance in his high school district tournament. He proved that he belonged with his performance. Doesn’t have elite batspeed at this stage but makes up for it with his strength through the zone. He uses a leg kick to time his lower half before a stride and weight shift into contact. Showed above average pop in batting practice and recorded three hits in the game including two deep doubles in the gap. Reached a top exit velocity of 92 off the tee and ran an 8.07 60-yard dash. Impressive, physical frame. Arm strength is his best tool behind the plate. Top velocity of 78 mph. Still a bit raw defensively. Feet start from narrow stance. Allows for quick transfer, but will cause receiving issues behind the plate. Maintains good direction. Pop times ranged between 1.94 to 2.00. Shows potential to play first base as well with his size, frame, and offensive production.
