Beau Chaney: RHP/OF, (2026) BADIN, OH. 6-foot, 180-pound. (69.9 mph bat speed average). (20.2 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed is quick, uses an upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 85 mph; showed sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot and a consistent arm action. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Has slight running action.
