5-foot-3, 133 pound infield prospect swings it from the right side with an level path. Troyer’s hands were quick but casted during a few attempts. His exit velocity was 78 mph as he drove the ball well in his round. He can improve his bat speed by creating greater separation and getting to a stronger launch position. As a defender, Troyer’s hands showed some natural softness. He had an average arm throwing it across the diamond at 74 mph with good accuracy. He showed good effort and hustle getting to the ball with decent foot speed setting himself up for accurate throws. On the mound, the right handed pitcher throws through a 3/4 slot with average arm speed throughout delivery. Gets good use out of his entire body with his delivery. Commands the zone well with his 70-72 mph fastball that displays some arm-side run. Breaking ball displays gradual 11/5 movement while sitting between 55-56 mph. Also mixes in a 63-64 mph changeup.
