Scouting Notes:A winter top performer that once again proved he's a guy colleges should keep an eye. Athletic righty with three pitches in his repertoire. Heater comes in the low 80s with a high velo ceiling. Spins a big breaker that he has feel for and also showed a serviceable changeup.
