Brayden Lipps: RHP/3B, (2025) oak hills high school, OH. 6-foot-2, 155-pound. In the box, Lipps had a max exit velocity of 71 mph. Began in a quiet stance with a compact load, then used a controlled stride. Had efficient bat speed, short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 69 mph; showed consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. On the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows easy effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 68-70 mph. Showed slight running action. (Max spin ; Avg ). His 11/5 curveball (59-61) has some action. (Max spin ; Avg ). He shows slight action on his changeup (57-60).
