Started in a balanced quiet stance with a compact load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, displays a loose level swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 76 mph; had soft hands, consistent footwork, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.77. On the mound, showed some arm speed with a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2107; Avg 1982). Has late action on his 10/4 slider. (Max spin 1945; Avg 1903).
