Bryce Brannon: RHP/1B, (2024) Mason, OH. Duke Commit, 6-foot-3, 205-pound. Solid on the mound, showing some arm speed he had a loose long arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows some effort. Has a tall balance point and even shoulders. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2466; Avg 2366). His 10/4 slider had late action. (Max spin 2816; Avg 2685).
RHP/OF, (2023) Wapakoneta, OH. 6-foot, 205-pound. Solid on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a high ¾ arm angle and a clean arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Showed consistent balance point and downhill shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 85-91 mph. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 2118; Avg 2041). His 11/5 curveball (79-80) shows sweeping action. (Max spin 2364; Avg 2328). He has some fading action on his changeup (81-83).
Bryce Brannon: RHP/3B, (2024) Mason, OH. 6-foot-2, 180-pound. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 92 mph. (70.4 mph bat speed average). (21.9 mph hand speed average). Began in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is present, uses a simple uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, had a live arm with throws that topped out at 85 mph; shows a natural exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed quick arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a clean arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 83-87 mph. Showed slight running action.Shows some sweeping action on his 11/5 curveball (71-73).He has slight fading action on his changeup (76-77). Threw a 10/4 slider (79-80) with late tight action. Ran a 4.20 30 yard dash.
Bryce Brannon: C/RHP, (2024) Mason, OH. 6-foot-2, 165-pound. Solid in the box, Brannon had an exit velocity of 87 mph. Started in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed was above average, used a flat swing plane and level finish. Up the middle approach. While in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 74 mph; has athletic feet, a fluid exchange, and sure hands. Behind the plate, his best recorded velocity during throw downs was clocked at 71 mph; has a quick exchange, sure hands, and athletic feet. Had calm setup. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.94. Solid on the mound, uses a compact arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who shows easy effort. Lands soft with a clean finish. Curveball (64-68 mph). Sat with his fastball at 77-79 mph.

Begins in an athletic stance with a smooth quick load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is above average and shows an upward swing plane. Athletic in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 74 mph; has athletic feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. While catching, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 76 mph; shows smooth quick feet, soft hands, and a fluid exchange. Showed his ability to throw runners out with an efficient pop time of 1.99-2.08. Above average flexibility and athletic setup. On the mound, had a quick arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with good arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Has an athletic balance point. Sat with his fastball at 80-82 mph; has arm side command and running action. Throws a 11/5 curveball (68-69) that has plus action. His changeup (72-73) has arm side control and fading action.
Hit: Physical bat from the right side. Simple, yet efficient stroke. Stays inside the baseball working to middle away for the most part.
Power: Advanced strength for class with above average bat speed. Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Run producer ceiling.

Field: Definitely has tools to work with behind the dish. Very physical frame with some fluidity to actions. Pop times will improve as arm strength does.

Scouting Notes: Athletic delivery with a clean arm. Showed feel for his movement patterns. Stock should only rise with maturity. Definite 2024 to follow.
