Caleb Jackson: 2B/OF, (2023) Badin, OH. 5-foot-9, 165-pound. In the box, Jackson clocked an exit velocity of 89 mph. (65.3 mph bat speed average). (21.0 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then uses a toe tap stride. Bat speed was quick, had a simple uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 79 mph; had soft hands, a natural exchange, and consistent footwork. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Used a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Ran a 4.07 30 yard dash.
