Started in an athletic stance with a wrapping compact load, then used a controlled stride. Has explosive bat speed, uphill long swing plane and a back foot finish. Through his round he found multiple barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 83 mph; has firm hands, choppy developing feet, and a clean exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Used a ¾ slot and a quick arm action while showing decent accuracy to the base. Clocked a 60 time of 7.41 at the event. Athletic on the mound, showing good arm speed he had a ¾ arm angle with a long arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses decent effort. Displays downhill shoulders and an athletic balance point. Lands open with an athletic finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 78-82 mph; had sinking action and command around the zone with straight movement. Threw a sharp curveball (62-64) with command low in the zone and tight action. His changeup (67-69) shows fading action and arm side command.

Delivery Notes: Kasnyik showed minimal wasted movement in his delivery with his ¾ arm slot. Arm action did seem to have a bit of a hitch in the backside.
Fastball: Fastball was 74-78 mph with some arm side life at times.
Fastball Spin Rate: 1590-1870
Curveball: Breaking ball was 64-67 mph and showed slider type action and spin with decent bite.
Curveball Spin Rate: 1770-1790
Changeup: Changeup was 70-71 mph
Pitchability: Average feel for his three pitch mix. Breaking ball showed good action for his age as he maintained good arm speed on the pitch.
