Began in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed is quick, shows a simple level swing plane and balanced finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 79 mph; has sure hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.96. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a loose quick arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2024; Avg 1909). Throws a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 2184; Avg 2166). Throws a 10/4 slider that has late action. (Max spin 2195; Avg 2133).
