Cole Archual: RHP/OF, (2022) Worthington Kilbourne, OH. 6-foot-1, 185-pound. Solid on the mound, showed a ¾ arm angle and some arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher and uses some effort. Tall balance point. Shows a clean finish. Changeup (72-73 mph), slider (67-69 mph).Threw his fastball 75-78 mph.
Scouting Notes: Good athlete (Sub 7.0 60-yard dash). Delivery comes together well/expect velocity to continue to trend upward. Fastball works downhill downhill, making it a tough pitch to get on plane with. Slider was very sharp, generating regular swing/miss. Struck out multiple batters in outing.
