Started in an athletic tall stance with a quick load, then used a controlled stride. Has efficient bat speed, level swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 84 mph; shows a natural exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. Established speed as one of his strengths with an efficient 60 time of 6.85. On the mound, showing quick arm speed he had a clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2165; Avg 2097).
