5-foot-11, 150-pound average build. On the mound he shows an uptempo delivery. Throws with what appears to be max effort in his delivery. Lands on line at foot strike and follows down the mound. Throws from a high ¾ slot with the fastball sitting 75-77 mph. Curveball sits 64-66 mph with some sharpness on a 10/4 plane. Changeup sits 66-67 mph. David looked very athletic in the infield. Using smooth, quick footwork he attacked ground balls with the ability to find the right hop. Showed quickness to his transfer and threw across the infield with 72 mph arm strength. Ran a 4.37 from home to first. At the plate he uses an easy, hands back load during his stride forward. Would benefit from adding rhythm to his loading sequence. Bat gets through the zone on a slightly downhill path. Registered a top exit velocity of 67 mph.
