Drew Gelhaus: RHP/3B, (2024) St. Charles Preparatory, OH. 6-foot-3, 190-pound. Solid on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a loose arm action while showing some arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort. Balance point is tall with a downhill shoulders during delivery. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1840; Avg 1637). Threw a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 1775; Avg 1651).

Began in a wide pre-loaded stance with a quick load, then used a short stride. Has a level swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish. Found a few barrels with some loud contacts. Pull side aggressive approach. Capable in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 78 mph; had a lengthy clean exchange, consistent aggressive footwork, and consistent firm hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.69. Capable fluid on the mound, showed some consistent arm speed, he had a ¾ arm angle and a long loose arm action. Tilt-and-topple stretch only type pitcher who shows some effort. Has an athletic balance point and in line even shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic finish. Shows command around the zone arm side and running action with tight movement. (Max spin 1846; Avg 1790). His 11/5 curveball has command around the zone and slurvey action. (Max spin 1872; Avg 1823). His tight changeup showed slight action and around the zone command.
