Drew McKenna: SS/2B, (2023) Kenston, OH. 6-foot, 175-pound. Athletic in the box, Mckenna had a max exit velocity of 85 mph. Started in a tall quiet stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled small stride. Bat speed is above average, has a loose level swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels during his rounds. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 73 mph; has sure hands, smooth fluid feet, and a natural exchange. Showed a long loose arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.54. On the mound, showed a loose clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses easy effort. Has an athletic balance point. Threw his fastball 74-76 mph. Shows late action. (Max spin 2143; Avg 1959). He threw a 11/5 sharp curveball (64-67).
