Ethan Applegate: 3B, (2025) Middletown,. 6-foot, 159-pound. Started in a narrow stance with a long controlled load, then used a short long stride. Produced some loud contact and found a few barrels. Solid capable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 64 mph; had a fluid natural exchange, sure consistent hands, and in control fluid footwork. Fielded the ball out front with athletic developing movement laterally. Capable on the mound, showed a ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action with above average arm speed. Stretch only type pitcher and shows some effort. Balance point is tall with falling off shoulders during delivery. Lands soft with upright finish. (Max spin 1881; Avg 1857).
