Evan Wolter: 2B/RHP, (2022) Toronto, OH. 5-foot-11, 165-pound athletic frame. During batting practice, Wolter's best exit velocity was 84 mph. Started in a wide athletic stance with a quick controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed is average and shows an upward swing plane. Athletic while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 73 mph; shows soft hands, a clean exchange, and smooth athletic feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Recorded a 60 time of 7.78 at the event. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, also used a ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Threw his fastball 73-74 mph; shows running action and arm side control. Shows gradual action on his 11/5 curveball (65-67). His changeup (65-69) had arm side command and fading action.

Laterally, his movements were average. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.74. Solid on the mound, had a ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action with some arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Lands open with a falling off finish. Curveball (64-65 mph), changeup (66-69 mph).Produced a fastball that came in at 71-73 mph.

Hit: Right handed hitter. Starts with an athletic, wide base in the base. Loading sequence is simple, with a leg kick for timing purposes. Slightly uphill bat path through the zone and was able to to produce several line drives during BP round.
Power: 79 mph tee ev. Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection: Table setter.
Field: Worked out as a SS.
Throw: 72mph arm across the INF. Developing arm strength.
