A third baseman that attacks the ball linearly off the bat. Tends to play from heels at times displaying average to slightly above average ball skills. Actions appear much more athletic on the move. Mechanically sound in general with much more lateral mobility than 60-time would indicate. At the plate he showed off a low effort, efficient swing from the left side. Loading sequence is fluid and repeatable. Swing is compact with some barrel whip in there. A line drive hitter that can work to both fields. Still has more physical maturing to do and with his efficient swing any added strength should translate easily to added pop. On the mound the right-hander uses a slower paced tempo to his lower effort delivery. A tall and fall type guy that lands in line to home plate at foot strike. Fastball comes through a high-¾ slot sitting 70-73 mph with regular cut. Changeup has similar cut to his fastball with some downward bite as well at 65-67 mph. Also will spin a near 12/6 breaking ball with gradual action at 57-58 mph.
