Starts in a tall, open setup at the plate. Bat gets vertical during his short stride forward. Barrel gets on plane early and path is level allowing him to find the barrel often. Bat speed is still developing. Top of the lineup type guy at this stage. In the infield he takes direct routes to the baseball showing quickness to his footwork. Glove skills are average and he does a nice job of getting rid of the ball quickly. Arm strength will be area for improvement.
