Jack McAlea: OF/3B, (2024) Bay, OH. 6-foot-1, 190-pound physical athletic build. (73.1 mph bat speed average). (20.8 mph hand speed average). Starts in a tall pre-loaded stance with a controlled load, then uses a big leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, exhibits an uphill swing plane and balanced finish. He barreled up a few balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. In the infield, has raw hands. Capable advanced in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 83 mph; had consistent in control footwork, a clean fluid exchange, and soft sure hands. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a loose arm action with uninterrupted slot. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.18.

Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short very quick arm action and an-over-the-top slot.
