Jake Neff: 1B/RHP, (2026) Big Walnut, OH. 6-foot-2, 166-pound projectable athletic build. Started in a tall balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed is explosive, exhibits an uphill swing plane and balanced finish. Had a lot of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. Projectable advanced while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 82 mph; has a twitchy clean exchange, quick consistent feet, and next level hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.99. Capable projectable on the mound, showing good arm speed he used a quick clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Stretch only type pitcher and uses easy effort. Showed even in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic finish. (Max spin 2006; Avg 1834).
