Starts in an athletic quiet stance with a tight load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is developing, displays a level swing plane and high finish. Behind the plate, throw downs to second were maxed at 68 mph; had sure hands, consistent footwork, and a natural transfer. consistently had pop times of 2.02-2.08. Clean setup with some flexibility. Had a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he had a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Shows slight running action. (Max spin 2060; Avg 2025). Shows gradual action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 2098; Avg 2070).
