Body Type: 5-foot-7, 195-pound strong frame.
Swing Mechanics: Balanced, open stance. Hands show a back load during his knee pinch for timing.
Hit: Impressive feel for contact. Professional approach in BP, taking what the pitch gives him. Sprayed line drives all over the yard in BP.
Power: 77 mph exit velocity. More physical than he is fast at this stage with the hands. Line drive guy with occasional gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Run: 8.18 60-yard dash.
Field: Registered pop times of 2.08-2.17. Above average skill set behind the dish in general.
Throw: 70 mph to second base. Ideal arm action for the position.

A righty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Loading sequence is fluid and efficient, using a back load with hands during his controlled stride forward. A handsy hitter that worked through a middle-away approach in BP. Path is level and he showed above average natural tools through the zone for class. Generated consistent backspin up the middle of the field. Much more to come as he matures physically and learns to utilize lower half more efficiently. Really impressed with motor behind the plate in bullpens. Effort, blocking and receiving skills all stood out. Also showed well above average catch and throws skills. Should see easy improvements in pop times as arm strength increases. Solid defender.
