Scouting Notes:Obvious upside on the mound at 6-foot-6 with long-levers and feel for his movements. Fastball hovered around 80 mph for the majority of his outing. Secondary offering is led by a slurvish breaking ball that he has a solid feel for. Completing the arsenal was the changeup that had a cutter look to it through the zone.
Fastball: 76-78 mph.

Hit:Right-handed hitter that starts in an upright setup. Uses a back load during smooth stride for timing. Loose stroke on a level path to contact. Stronger than he is fast but tools are comparable. Impressive control over his body considering how long those levers are.
Power:Gap to gap pop.
Offensive Projection: Run producer potential.
Max BP Exit:83 mph
Max BP Distance:305 ft
Field:Frame plays over at first base. Covers more ground than most and ball skills appear to be serviceable.
Throw:Clean, loose arm with more to come.

2/8/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes:Uber projectable framed right-hander that stands 6-foot-6. Gets down the mound well without a ton of effort. Has some moving parts for sure but the upside is obvious.
Fastball: Mostly straight through the zone. More velo in the tank. 76-79 mph.
Fastball Spin Rate:1800-2060
Curveball: Developing offering. Showed potential when he stayed on top. 11/5 shape with more spin than action. 62-65 mph.
Curveball Spin Rate: 1680-1760
Changeup: Serviceable third offering that he showed feel for.
Pitchability: In/out.
2/8/20 Position Player
Hit: Long lever bat from the right side. Moves well in the box with impressive feel for contact considering length to levers. Ball jumps when squared, generating easier juice. Similar upside at the plate as he showed on the mound.
Power: Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection:Middle.

Field: Worked out at first base. Good athlete over there with the frame for the position. Solid defender.
Throw: More than enough arm for the 1B position.

Body Type: 6-foot-3, 175 pounds. Taller athlete.
Swing Mechanics: Right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Goes with a leg kick timing trigger with a slight back load to hands.
Hit: Fluid load into an aggressive launch. Path plays, showing a feel for contact. Stays inside the baseball well, generating natural backspin to the middle of the field. Used all fields in BP.
Power: 76 mph exit velocity. Already offers physicality and projects for more strength. Could be dynamic if bat speed catches up to strength.
Offensive Projection: Middle of the Lineup.
Run: 5.19 H-1st.
Field: Worked out at first base where he has the idea frame for the position. Does a nice job creating angles with feet prior to fielding to get rid of the ball quickly. Looks well coached and comfortable over there.
Throw: 61 mph arm strength across the diamond.
Defensive Projection: 1B.
2/2/19 Pitching
Body Type: 6-foot-3, 175 pounds. Taller athlete.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Throws out of a ¾ arm slot with a slower paced tempo throughout his delivery. Mechanics will improve with more fluidity as he gets older improving arm action.
Fastball: 69-73 mph. Average velocity sitting 69-71 for most of his outing.
Curveball: 60-61 mph. Pulls it down well with average break. Arm action was inconsistent which affected command. Playable for now.
Changeup: 56-60 mph. Showed signs of slight arm-side run. Slowed arm speed down.
Knuckleball: 53-58 mph. Developing further as he improves grip and release point.
Pitchability: Utilizes more upper body than lower half in motion which shows there’s potential for him as he grows. Arm speed on off-speed will improve and he’ll see more effectiveness out of those pitches.
Role: Varies.
