Hit: Swings it from the left side going with a toe turn load. Hands stay quiet before accelerating the barrel through the zone on a level path. Found the barrel often with an above average combination of strength and speed to hands. Solid round.
Power: Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection:Run Producer potential.

Field: An outfielder that has a feel for his tempo. Very well timed feet. Solid defender out there.
Throw: Arm appears to be an above average tool.
Defensive Projection: Corner guy.

1/13/19 Pitching
Body Type: 6-foot, 180-pound physical, athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Uptempo delivery that requires some effort, Drop and drive type that gets down the mound well. Shorter arm action through a near over the top slot with developing arm speed.
Fastball: 66-71 mph. Filled up the zone with the offering that has some sink to it.
Curveball: 62-63 mph. 11/5 shaped offering with gradual action. Tendency to bury the pitch.
Changeup: 62-64 mph. Maintains arm speed on the offering that has a similar look to the fastball.
Pitchability: Controls the fastball well while still developing feel for secondary offerings.
Role: TBD.

Body Type: 6-foot, 180-pound physical, athletic frame.
Swing Mechanics: Left-handed hitter that uses a slight back load with hands during his toe turn timing trigger. Very efficient load.
Hit: Aggressive swinger. Fast bat with heavy hands through the zone. Keough generates natural backspin to all fields.
Power: 87 mph exit velocity. Ball comes off well. Present gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Run Producer.
Run: 4.41 H-1st.
Field: In the outfield he plays under control, fielding two-handed through. Ball skills are developing.
Throw: 71 mph arm strength to home plate. Long arm action through a high-¾ slot. Developing strength.
Defensive Projection: Corner Outfield.
Additional Comments: Really liked what I saw at the plate. Young, physical lefty to follow.

2/17/18
5-foot-11, 164 pound outfielder has an slender build to him swing it from the left side out of a wider stance. Bat path was level and did a nice job staying on some pitches. Produced a 79 mph exit velocity showing nice pop for his class. On the mound the lanky right hander showed shorter arm action out of a ¾ arm slot. Mechanics are developing in action and rhythm. Fastball was 64-68mph. Curveball developing at 54-56 mph. Changeup was 57-61 mph.  In the outfield his glove worked well. Footwork is still developing and getting in a strong position to attack the ball. Showed an average arm with a 69 mph velocity to home.
