Begins in a balanced wide stance with a smooth compact load, then uses a short quick stride. Had flashed quick bat speed, short upward swing plane and high finish. He found lots of barrels with loud contact. Up the middle base hit approach. Solid capable in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 69 mph; had sure firm hands, a clean natural exchange, and consistent choppy footwork. Fielded the ball out front with developing movement laterally. Solid projectable on the mound, showed good developing arm speed, he had a long quick arm action and an over-the-top arm angle. Stretch only tall-and-fall type pitcher and shows decent effort. Tall balance point with downhill in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Shows both sides of the plate command and plus running action with sharp movement. (Max spin 1919; Avg 1841). He shows sweeping action and control around the zone on his sharp curveball. (Max spin 1721; Avg 1683). Has in the zone control and slight action on his heavy changeup.
