Scouting Notes: Power arm out of Bloom Carroll HS. 6-foot-2 who was up to 86mph. this winter. Tosses a heavy ball that works downhill. Complements the heater with a serviceable breaking ball. Scouts will be attracted to size (6-foot-3) and velocity ceiling.
Fastball: 80-85mph.
Fastball Spin Rate: 1639-2080rpm.
Breaking Ball: 65-66mph.
Breaking Ball Spin Rate: 1415-1688rpm.
Changeup:
2/17/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Vertical slow tempo delivery with a long arm action release out of the high ¾ arm slot.
Fastball: Heavy true through the zone with inconsistency of accuracy coming in around 86mph.
Curveball: 12/6 break with sharp bite action to it keeping the hitter off balanced. Plus offering if accuracy improves.
Changeup: Lives low in the zone while showing some arm side sink.
