Begins in a tall stance with a rhythmic controlled load, then uses a short controlled stride. Bat speed is quick, has a level swing plane and balanced finish. In the round he found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. While catching, he recorded a position velocity of 64 mph during throw downs. Behind the plate, his best position velocity throwing to second was registered at 64 mph; had a pop time of 2.25-2.32. Clocked a 60 time of 8.1 at the event.
