LHP/OF, (2023) Sandusky Perkins, OH. 5-foot-9, 160-pound lean athletic build. Solid in the box, Kim's best exit velocity was 85 mph. (64.4 mph bat speed average). (19.0 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced open stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was quick, and showed an uphill swing plane. Line drive approach. Athletic in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 82 mph; had soft consistent hands, athletic fluid footwork, and a quick exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a quick loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.23 in the 60-yard dash.
