Begins in a balanced open stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was quick, and showed an uphill swing plane. Line drive approach. Athletic in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 82 mph; had soft consistent hands, athletic fluid footwork, and a quick exchange.
