Hit: Balanced setup from the right side. Uses a simple loading sequence that leads to a balanced launch. path is downhill, arriving on top of the ball at contact. Worked gap to gap in BP.
Power: Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection: Table setter.
Field: Solid defender over at third base for class. Quicker feet with ball skills the appear to be sure-handed.
Throw: Clean arm that travels through a high-¾ slot. Expect easy velo additions.
Defensive Projection: 3B.
Delivery/Scouting Notes: 2025 out of Brookville. Young prospect who filled up the zone. Arm works well traveling through a high-3/4 slot. Moves well. Should see easy velo gains with maturity.
Fastball: Developing velocity with present quality movement. In the teens with both vertical and horizontal action.
Breaking Ball: 11/5 shaped offering. More spin then action at this stage.
Changeup: Changeup has good sell with a fastball look out of the hand. True action through the zone. Also showed a knuckleball that had some serious dance at times.
Pitchability: Strike thrower.
