Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a quick load, then uses a small leg kick. Has efficient bat speed, simple upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 78 mph; showed a natural exchange, consistent feet, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Recorded a 60 time of 7.47 at the event. On the mound, showing consistent arm speed he used a loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2150; Avg 2058).
