Matthew Mitchell: OF/3B, (2023) McNicholas High School, OH. 5-foot-10, 180-pound. At the plate, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 90 mph. (71.7 mph bat speed average). (21.7 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic quiet stance with a quick load, then used a controlled small leg kick. Has quick bat speed, short simple swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 82 mph; has soft hands, consistent feet, and a natural exchange. Solid from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 87 mph; has soft hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.63.
Matthew Mitchell: C/OF, (2023) Archbishop McNicholas, OH. 5-foot-9, 175-pound physical frame. Solid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 90 mph. Began in an open stance with a slow load, then used a small leg kick. Bat speed was above average, showed an uphill rotational swing plane and good extension on his finish. He found multiple barrels with a lot of loud contact. Pull side approach. While catching, his best recorded throw to second was clocked at 73 mph; has sure hands, and smooth feet. recorded a pop time of 2.15-2.25. Had athletic setup. Had a quick arm action and consistent accuracy to the base.

Starts in a balanced stance with a quick load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed was above average, and had an upward swing plane. Above average from the outfield, he showed the ability to throw at velocities up to 87 mph; had soft hands, smooth quick footwork, and a clean exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball one hand.
