Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a quick stride. Bat speed is efficient, has a level swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 69 mph; shows consistent feet, a natural exchange, and sure hands. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a time of 7.3 in the 60-yard dash. On the mound, showed consistent arm speed, also used a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2022; Avg 1953). Threw a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 2115; Avg 2061).
