Nick Ginsburg: RHP/SS, (2023) West Holmes High School, OH. 5-foot-11, 155-pound. Solid on the mound, showing consistent arm speed he had a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed athletic balance point and downhill shoulders. Lands soft with recoil finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 83-85 mph. Showed slight running action. (Max spin 1883; Avg 1802). He had slight fading action on his changeup (73-76). Showed a 10/4 slider (71-75) with late tight action. (Max spin 1754; Avg 1595).
Nick Ginsburg: RHP/SS, (2023) West Holmes, OH. 5-foot-9, 145-pound lean frame. Solid on the mound, using a loose arm action he showed quick arm speed from a high ¾ arm angle. Slow-tempo type pitcher who uses easy effort. Athletic balance point. a clean finish. Curveball (66-71 mph), changeup (72-74 mph).Threw his fastball 81-83 mph.
Scouting Notes: 2023 to follow. Clean/fast arm with a higher velo ceiling than present. Filled up the zone with fastball/breaking ball combination. Breaking ball should continue to sharpen up as he hits the impending velo jump.
