Noah Grendzynski: RHP/3B, (2022) North Ridgeville, OH. 6-foot-1, 160-pound. Solid on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a quick loose arm action while showing some arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Downhill shoulders and an athletic balance point. Lands soft with a clean finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 78-80 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2104; Avg 2031). Has slurvey action on his 11/5 curveball (66-69). (Max spin 2095; Avg 1921).
Hit: Smooth mover in the box. Long lever type who can do damage when he gets extended. All fields ball flight.
Power: Strength over bat speed guy but at early stages of physical development. Expect both tools to continue to develop.
Offensive Projection: Run producer ceiling.
Max BP Exit Velocity: 82mph.
Max BP Distance: 263ft.
Field: Rangy defender in the infield with some fluidity to actions. Takes direct routes, cutting distance off the ball. Ball skills are on par for class.
Throw: Very clean arm that should have easy velocity additions as he matures physically.
Defensive Projection: 3B.
Scouting Notes: Looks the part physically on the mound. Long lever type who gets down the mound well. Loose arm that should add east strength as he fills out that frame. Fastball was true and braking ball showed slurvish action with some depth to it
Fastball: 74-75mph.
