Bat speed is above average, uses a level swing plane and balanced finish. Pull side approach. Recorded an outfield position velocity of 72 mph. Clocked a 60 time of 7.0 at the event.
OF/RHP, (2025) Jackson, OH. 6-foot-2, 195-pound physical athletic frame. Projectable athletic at the plate, the right-handed hitter was ranked 2nd with an exit velocity of 93 mph. (75.2 mph bat speed average). (23.7 mph hand speed average). Began in an open stance with a quick high load, then used a toe tap stride. Bat speed is quick efficient, has a short swing plane and high finish. Found lots of barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Projectable raw recorded an outfield position velocity of 82 mph; showed a developing exchange, developing hands, and quick feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball to the side. Used a very quick arm action and a ¾ slot while showing decent accuracy to the bag. Displayed speed and athleticism at the event, recording a 60 time of 6.95. Athletic projectable on the mound, showing quick arm speed he used a ¾ arm angle with a short arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses high effort. Showed consistent balance point with even shoulders. Lands open with recoil upright finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 78-81 mph; showed both sides of the plate command and sinking action with straight movement. (Max spin 2274; Avg 2142). Throws a 1/7 curveball (67-70) that has sweeping action and down in the zone control. Throws a straight changeup with command around the zone and deceiving action.
