Smallish, athletic body with some physical strength. Shows baseball sense. Good raw skills guy (5.17 40 on concrete with 3-4 grade arm 81-83 mph). Defensively as outfielder, shows good life in body with solid over top arm strength. Looks to play all OF positions. Behind the plate, he shows good lateral/blocking ability and accepts ball w/2.01-2.07 pop time. In the infield, he shows good feet and hands as infielder, but long transfer as he pats glove on throws. Offensively, gap hitter - has shown improvement in lower half, gets better tourque. Squares front side with some bat speed through finish. Needs to improve hand load to enhance extension. Offers versatility. Potential Mid-Major D-1 roster guy, but needs to master one position.
Yorgen is a versatile, athletic prospect. In the infield, he is aggressive and shows good footwork. He reached a top velocity of 75 mph across the infield. In the outfield, he plays through the baseball and reaches a top velocity of 80 mph. Behind the plate, he must improve his footwork. His pop time sits between 2.16-2.21, and he reached a top velocity of 75 mph from the crouch. At the plate, the right-handed hitter uses a long stride and tends to lunge at the ball. He shows quick bat speed and line drive production. He registered a 7.31 60-yard dash.
Versatile player with the ability to help a college program in many ways. Good baseball sense. Ran a 7.23 60-yard dash with 79 mph velocity from the outfield and 77 mph across the infield. Also catches (has been Taylore Cherry's catcher the past two seasons). Pop time ranges from 2.01-2.13. Offensively, he is a a solid contact hitter that hits from the crouch.
