Ronald Greene: RHP/3B, (2024) Green, OH. 5-foot-9, 155-pound athletic frame. (62.1 mph bat speed average). (21.3 mph hand speed average). Begins in a tall balanced stance with a smooth slow load, then uses a controlled leg kick. Bat speed is quick efficient, displays a short swing plane and level finish. He created tons of loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap approach. Smooth advanced showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 85 mph; has consistent in control feet, next level hands, and a clean fluid exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. From athletic slot, showed consistent accuracy to the base with a short very quick arm action. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.43. Advanced projectable on the mound, showing good arm speed he used a loose arm action with a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. In his delivery his balance point is tall with even in line shoulders. Lands closed with an athletic balanced finish. (Max spin 1954; Avg 1807).
