Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a slightly open setup. Uses a controlled stride during back load to hands. Slightly downhill stroke with above average strength/batspeed to stroke. Ball jumps when squared. Top exit velocity of 78mph. Would see much truer ball flight/easy EV jumps with some added loft to stroke.
Power: Easy gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Run producer ceiling.
Field: Worked out at shortstop. Ball skills are there and feet showed some athleticism. Quick release.
Throw: Ball comes out well.
Defensive Projection: Left side of infield.
Scouting Notes: Looks the part physically, 6-foot-2 athletic looking prospect. Very fluid delivery that comes together well. Mobile/athletic mover. Expect easy velo additions as physical maturation takes its course.Fastball was live and breaking ball was a hammer. 12/6 downer with 2600+rpm. High follow.
Fastball: Ball comes out well/easy. Mostly true through the zone. Filled it up with the offering. More in the tank.
Breaking Ball: Impressive offering. Late/sharp with present swing miss. Elite spin rates for class.
Changeup: Good sell. Near fastball arm speed. Occasional sink.
Scouting Notes:Two-way prospect. Similar to at the plate expect more juice as he fills out his athletic frame. Fastball sat in the mid 70s with his highest graded pitch of the day being the breaking ball. Good spin on the offering that was tight with late action. Also flashed a changeup that looks to be developing.

Already shows solid present jump off the barrel with much more to come as he fills out that athletic frame. High follow in class. Power:Present gap abilities. Offensive Projection:run producer ceiling. Max BP Exit Velocity:90 mph Max BP Distance: 295 ft Field:Rangy defender in the infield. Plays with a controlled tempo and linear routes. Ball skills are on par for class. Throw:Respectable strength and signs of more in the tank. Defensive Projection: Left side of infield.
