Schyler Zent: 3B/RHP, (2026) Kettering Fairmont, OH. 5-foot-8, 175-pound. (66.1 mph bat speed average). (17.6 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced strong stance with a compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Has a simple upward swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 74 mph; had sure hands, consistent footwork, and a natural exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. On the mound, had a clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows easy effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2038; Avg 1877). Had some action on his 10/4 curveball. (Max spin 1927; Avg 1787).
