Body Type: 5-foot-11, 170-pound athletic prospect.
Hit: Like the swing the more I see it. Athletic with a ton of feel for contact. Can use the entire field with surprising pull side pop. Hit tool will translate to the next level.
Power: 87.3 mph off the bat in BP. Gap abilities.
Offensive Projection: Top of lineup.
Run: 4.07 H-1st.
Field: Moves well in the outfield. Everything looks smooth and easy while playing with good instincts. Very solid defender
Throw: Clean arm with solid strength and more to come.
Defensive Projection: CF/LF.
Body Type: 5-foot-11, 170-pound
Swing Mechanics: Upright setup that is slightly open. Smooth, efficient loading sequence that flows into a balanced launch.
Hit: Vertical barrel launch gives him a running start into contact, adding to his already above average bat speed. More strength than frame would suggest with jump off the barrel. Gets more physical each time we see him. Table setter that worked the entire field in BP.
Power: Line drive guy with gap abilities. 87.9 mph off the bat in BP.
Offensive Projection: Ideal top of the lineup skill set.
Run: 4.19 H-1st. Well above average runner. Speed shows up in the outfield and he is very active on the bases.
Field: Looks the part out there. Moves well. Ball skills are above average for class. Athletic look to him.
Throw: Clean arm with respectable strength and more to come.
Defensive Projection: LF/CF.
Additional Comments: Good player who continues to get better. Almost a year younger than the typical 2020 so expect him to be a late bloomer who has a chance to raise up recruiting boards over the next calendar year.
A left-handed hitter that starts in a taller, open setup. Goes with a controlled stride for timing. Hands move back to a strong launch position at release. Path is level with definite whip through contact. Natural tools are well above average for his age. Swing is efficient and he should grow into more pop. Flashed middle of the lineup potential. In the outfield he plays with athleticism and feel for the position. Fields the ball nicely, on his glove foot side. Maintains momentum into his throws and arm works through an over the top slot. Arm strength is developing.
