(21.4 mph hand speed average). Begins in a tall athletic stance with a quick load, then uses a controlled stride. Had a simple upward swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 76 mph; showed a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Showed a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.28. On the mound, used a quick arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher who uses some effort. Threw his fastball 84-85 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 2041; Avg 1956). Shows slight sweeping action on his 11/5 curveball (67-70). (Max spin 2087; Avg 2072). His changeup (77-79) has some action.
