Begins in a balanced quiet stance with a compact load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, has a simple upward swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 80 mph; had a natural exchange, consistent footwork, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Had a quick arm action with a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, he clocked a time of 7.13. On the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a clean arm action while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1844; Avg 1779). His 11/5 curveball has gradual action. (Max spin 1757; Avg 1743).
