Physical: 5-foot-11, 195 pounds; full, proportional build. 7.5 runner in the 60.
Offensively: LHH. Very wide stance with some weight shifted to the back leg, keeps hands extended away from his body with an upright bat; moves his weight even more on his backside while slowly letting the hands work back behind his shoulder. Quick actions from a quick hip turn, creates some separation in hips and shoulders with a long, smooth swing path that works uphill, low effort actions. Pulled the ball easily to the right side of the field, exceptional bat to ball skills; peak Trackman exit velocity of 96 MPH.
Defensively: 1B/3B: Stays fairly low to the ground with some bend in the knees and waist, keeping his upper body more in line with the ground / Wide feet with some bounce in his step while getting ready to get into fielding position; 1B/3B: Moves extremely well off the bag with a strong lower half, works a quick turn on the double play. Quality defender with athletic movements from 1B / Beats the ball to the spot and works through it using the loads of momentum he builds up to the ball. Easy hands that field confidently field and throw with no issue; short take away out of the glove with a drop down, quick actions throughout the throw with some twitchy movements. INF - 83 MPH.
Pitching: Deliberate movements in his delivery that work into a balance point at peak leg lift, gets down the mound with quality back leg drive. Short arm action out of the glove, hides the ball nicely and throws from a short 3/4 slot. FB: Peak velo of 82 MPH, while sitting 81-82 MPH. Located his FB well throughout his bullpen, it plays nicely in the bottom of the zone. CB: 65-68 MPH. Displayed a CB that pops up out of his hand but breaks sharply down as it approaches the plate. CH: 75-76 MPH. Effectively kills the spin on his CH to create good depth on the pitch.
