2019 middle infield prospect Leone is listed at 5-foot-7, 130-pounds and ran a lasered 60 time of 7.32 with regular effort, look to be quicker as he matures physically. Defensively, agile defender, moved well to each side, starts and stays low to the ground, arm is loose and works from low-3/4 slot with accuracy across the infield. At the plate, hits from small crouched position, stays balanced through swing and incorporates backside into swing. Hands work well to ball, creates proper angles with barrel, aggressive and does not get cheated, hard contact with line drive, gap to gap approach. One to keep an eye on this summer in the 2019 class.
