Catto, a right-handed arm was a standout at Whitby Scout Day. 6-foot, 170-pound build with current strength throughout. Controlled leg kick, lands in-line, compact delivery stemmed by strong lower half. Arm works short out back, overhand delivery, clears way with head tilt. Short-arming created deception, 80-83 mph fastball played faster with arm-side run. Developing secondary offerings, was often late when throwing his curveball. Interesting right-hander in the 2022 class who should find his way onto the updated rankings.
