Kemp, a 6-foot-2, 165-pound right-hander, was impressive at the FJL Showcase. On the mound, he worked with a large leg-lift and came down the rubber with intent. He sat 79-80, T81. There’s refining that needs to be done, but at a young age, he displays arm speed and strength and is someone to keep a close eye on.
